Crest improvements

The JavaScript-based translation engine, Crest, is getting better every month. This time we have changed two important things.

Firstly, we have improved attribute translation. Crest can now handle when the text of an attribute changes. Note that this feature requires settings that aren’t yet available on the dashboard. If you need this for a project, please contact our team at support@easyling.com.

Second, we have improved the overall translation process. It now handles the edge case where the source content is changed while the translation for the segment is being inserted.

Miscellaneous

I just have a shortlist of miscellaneous items:

• New default elements have been added to ignore queries by default: token, elementor-preview, ver, _gl.
• We have added experimental integration with Google Analytics 4.
• The Crawl list now includes details of pages that weren’t crawled because the URL’s domain didn’t match the project domain.
• We made minor changes to the Crawl wizard and JavaScript publishing to clarify functionality.
